"I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners! First, it is conveniently located downtown near the train and other attractions but somehow quiet and private. The inside has modern amenities and a charming Kentucky and horse theme throughout. Everything you could want is at your fingertips - nice thick towels, a comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, 2 TVs, and a fully functional kitchen area. Imagine our surprise when we discovered the host had left us a small gift...a first...

"Was the perfect spot for travel soccer. Location was only 10 min away from the fields and was way better than staying a hotel. Location was very clean and could park right in front of the door. Having a washing/dryer was extremely helpful because my son had to wear the same outfit on Sunday that he wore on Saturday. If we stayed in a hotel, we wouldn't have been able to wash his clothes. I highly recommend this location!"

"Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. It is completely unique from anywhere else I have stayed and would absolutely stay here again. The ultimate opportunity to “unplug” and really just relax with friends or family. We had the good fortune of getting to meet the owner and his son and could tell right away that they are great people. We enjoyed walking by the river, and maybe the best part was sitting on the deck with the fire pit and watching all of the wildlife that was around...
