"We wanted a place relatively close to Pittsburgh to explore and found the perfect spot! The area is lovely. The restaurants such as “ Pies and Pints” and “Secret Sandwich Society” were delicious. The whole experience of hiking and walking the bridge at the gorge was incredible. Our stay at Fern Creek Cabins was the icing on the cake. I have high standards for cleanliness and the place was spotless. Kitchen had everything you could want, and the whole cabin was very comfortable. The frogs peeping at night were very calming. We talked about coming back in the fall to see the leaves in the area and will definitely book this cabin again."

"No elevators. We walked with our suitcases and bags up two flights. It might not sound like a big deal but my husband is partially blind. Over all great place"

"They are updating rooms and property now! Staff including housekeeping is fast kind and efficient! Pool is warm and clean! The breakfast was as good as any…. Sausage, eggs, gravy and biscuits, waffles, cereal, white/wheat bread, bagels, muffins juice and milk! We’d stay again! Great nightly rate! "
