"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"location was great! the house was clean and well stocked, the dock was amazing and the fishing from the dock was great kiddos caught everything from nurse sharks to small tarpon. the pool was perfect after coming in from a day on the water. location for boat ramp, and fuel couldn't be much easier. trailer parking on property was easy as well. we enjoyed our stay and look forward to next time!"

"Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice pool, easy to communicate with host, overall loved it! The location is very close to Publix and about a three minute drive to the beach. The waterfront is very murky, and not good for fishing, and there is not a tremendous view, but it is a lovely, well-priced vacation home. "

"It was very clean, but there were fees for boat and you are required to have insurance for your vessel which was not stated prior to booking. The owner is VERY responsive to any questions or issues you may have which is amazing but it would've been nice to know aboutsthe insurance "

"This property is well setup for those wishing to bring their boats - it's a short idle out of the canals, fish filet stations, electricity, water, etc. We had a great time and Cecelia was very prompt with communication. "

"The space is just as advertised. Clean and very comfortable. The large dock is right outside the back door. Super easy to access the Atlantic and the Gulf. The only improvemwnts i would note, is that the bed in the 2nd bedroom is very firm and not easy to get comfortable on. "

"We visited this property for an extended weekend over the Thanksgiving holiday. Upon arrival we encountered a minor setback with a missing bathroom mirror, however, the property management company was very responsive and had someone on site to replace on Thanksgiving day AND without hesitation. Overall, the property was in a great location and as described. They even included Keurig cups for coffee.I appreciate the level of cleanliness and response time!"
