"It was a nice place to stay. The best about this house other than the location that it has 3 bedrooms with King/King/Queen which works perfectly for adults. House was clean, check in easy, great location, close to Key Colony Club. Enough parking for 3 cars. Nice pool"

"We have visited the Keys multiple times for family vacations. This property by far makes the top of the list. Very clean and setup perfectly. The house is conveniently located for anything you want to do in Marathon. Nice size pool and dock amenities for a very memorable Florida Keys experience. "Stayed with a group of older guys for fishing. David was very responsive to the few questions we had. Best of all, he delayed the cleaners coming in, so we could leave at our leisure on Saturday which was greatly appreciated. Dock had everything needed, fishing cleaning table; water, even a little float to launch provided kayaks. Kitchen had everything needed. Brand new grill outside. Beds were comfortable, plenty of seating in various places throughout the house. The only negative was 20+...

"Our group of 9 had a wonderful time! So much space inside and out! The dock and pool is where we spent most all our time at the house. We loved having a huge shared space, the pool was great, drank from the coconuts in the yard. The dock was named the aquarium for the week. Manatees, dolphins, turtles and a million fishies! We snorkeled right in the lagoon, very nice neighborhood and neighbors. We would absolutely stay again. I wont lie, I was sad to go. 🐚🌴🐟"

"We enjoyed our stay at Coral Lagoon #12. The property was everything advertised. The townhome had comfortable beds, plenty of seating, and a nice kitchen with all the right pots and pans. We were able to keep the boat we rented right in front of the condo at no extra charge. There were good places to eat near by and it was a short drive to Key West. All in all a good trip."

"We had a wonderful stay! Juan was a great hist. He kept in contact with us a week before the stay and gave us updates on the property. The house was comfortable and perfect for our needs. I have stayed in several vacation homes and I will stay this is the MOST well stocked home ive ever stayed in. Juan thought of everything. Even down to a beach umbrella and pool noodles. My only complaint (which is not the fault of the host) is the floating dock was damaged prior to our arrival and had to be...

The microwave in are unit wasn’t working but we had one in the other unit. I let the owner know right away but told her we were not in need of it being fixed immediately."

"Please note - the address is Overseas Highway, but to access the property, you have to go to Cortez Dr. Booked for 3 days to visit with family living in Islamorada. We were so pleased with the accommodations. Very clean, small, but plenty of space. Fire pit, swimming pool, washer/dryer, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals (great for breakfast with grandkids), comfortable beds, nice shower, cold A/C (so cold you might need a throw blanket).
