"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"Everything was great. Houseboat was clean and functional. Folks at the marina were friendly and at night we met many locals at The Dive Bar. Good food and company by the fire, cornhole, friendly kids who live at the marina taught our son to fish and catch lobsters. Great time, we look forward to going back! "

"We loved our stay. There were some issues with our house boat when we got in. We checked in super late, but the staff more than made up for it the next day. Super friendly and responsive. They were awesome, and waited until we left for the day and came in promptly handling everything.The property itself was heavenly. We will definitely come again.
