"The girls hosting the properties were fun patient and very eager to serve our every request making our stay very pleasant. Andrea made our day upgrading us to an Oceanfront suite with a kitchenette. That impressed us the most. We will definitely make this beautiful place Our go to when we just have to get away from it all. The complementary kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards made us enjoy the properties even more. We would definitely recommend this to somebody visiting the keys for the first time. The location allowed us to visit the keys even better. The reasonable price gave us a good bang for our buck. We’re definitely going to return to this beautiful property with the magnificent sunsets."

"I liked the five pools and beach bar. Did not like the walk to the Market place for coffee as our Keurig didn't work. Also did not like the constant loud music at the pools, just give it a break once in a while. But what was the most upsetting was Isal the bartender at the beach pool was not attentive but seemed to cater to men. We sat and waited for refills and clean up. Felt ignored."

"Coconut Cay is a reminder of the motels from the 1960's in a good way. Park outside your room and walk into an updated room that is clean and cool. Property is conveniently located to nearby restaurants and activities. It was nostalgic - bringing back good memories from my childhood travels with my family."
