"The townhome was large and I liked the layout so everyone had their own space. There are multiple balconies which was one of our favorite places to hang out while there. The sunrise/sunsets at the beach were beautiful! We were busy so didn’t spend much time in the lagoon or pools but the grounds were well-kept. "

"We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back. "

"Right from when I booked the property to arriving and departing, the communication from Mary was great. There was even the issue of water one day - that affected the entire community, because county had to work on a broken pipe. Mary coordinated with HOA and kept me posted. Instructions were very clear. House itself was great. It has kayaks, location is awesome. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and the house in general. Will recommend and will stay again if I plan to go to keys"

"The rental was great and so was the whole property/community at Mariners! The duplex was perfect for our multi-generational vacation: 2 couples with kids plus the grandparents. The kids loved the several board games the house had and the parents loved the screened, fanned porch. Property manager Michael reached out and was available over text. The lagoon pool was magnificent, especially great for toddlers/young kids, with an expansive wade-in area and a sandy area too. I have nothing negative to...

"The property was lovely. It was a great location and the neighborhood had great amenities. My only issue was that while it slept 6, there wasn't 6 seats at the dining table nor 6 places to sit in the living room. I would expect all aspects of a property to fit the same number of people that can sleep there."
