It was so convenient to the shops/lake, etc. The floor-plan gave us all privacy as well as great areas for group hangout, conversations, and fun. This was also the smoothest and easiest coordination I've ever had with a vrbo owner. Can't wait to find a reason to come back up here with my family! "

"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "I was very frustrated with the lack of communication regarding check in. Once we connected, everything went smoothly. Yard could use some work. You can tell it is a work in progress but the weeds could've been whacked down. House itself was great. Loved the shower. Lots of space. BF and son both complained that the mattress was too soft but it was fine for me. We were there for an event. If you need to be in Redlands, I thought it was a perfect location. Price was reasonable for what it was."
