"The property is beautiful and gives the feeling of living in the middle of a rainforest. It is quiet and attracts many animals. One doesn't need to do a mangrove tour to see monkeys; you can see them on the property. Most of the staff we interacted with were wonderful, but one bartender/waitress at the pool was extremely rude to us; it’s hard to forgive since we were genuinely kind to every one of the staff. "We didn’t get to the hotel until 2:00am and whoever was at the desk was so helpful. There isn’t an elevator so they helped us with bags while we carried our sleeping kids. The hotel was quiet and beautiful- the breakfast delicious- service was beyond- would absolutely recommend for nice retreat! "
