"Really good customer service. I arrived late in the afternoon on Boxing Day, after a 4 hour drive, and one of the first things I was asked was had I eaten? Turns out it was a Boxing Day 3 course menu and the kitchen was just closing and the lady in reception wanted to ensure I could get something to eat rather than take a chance in the local area. Absolutely marvellous customer service and saved me a lot of faff. They allowed me to have what I wanted from the menu and tailored the price...
