"Lovely weekend away for my husband’s birthday. We were given an upgrade to an executive room which was very nice. Room was large with good views over the square in front of the train station. Dressing gowns and Nespresso machine along with tea and coffee included. A card and a small box of chocolates was sent up too, lovely gesture, was appreciated."

"Such a lovely room with a very comfortable bed. Everything we could want was available and definitely worth the money. Only issue was we were on the 7th floor and so the room did get too warm to comfortably sleep in, even in January, however this is common in mosy hotels so wouldn't put is off at all. We will definitely be back!"

"We were only here for one night but we would definitely stay again. It was nice to be able to control the room temperature with a traditional radiator thermostat. The room was nice and warm when we arrived but at night we were able to cool it right down. Other hotels we’ve stayed at recently have been very cold. The staff went above and beyond to help us, the young gentleman on reception organised a taxi for us and was so polite and professional. The only problem was the shower didn’t seem to work quite right for shower pressure but maybe it was just our room. We look forward to staying again and hopefully will have more time to visit the spa etc. "
