"Our stay at the Doubletree was clean, comfortable and quiet. Every single staff member that we encounted were professional, friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and we liked how pillows there were on the bed. The mattress was perfect, not too soft and not too firm. The sheets were soft and smooth. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was spacious and everything appeared clean, including the carpet which was dark in color. However, we later discovered that the bottom of the white slippers we wore, which were provided by the hotel, were black.This was a clear indication that the carpet is in need of a good shampoo. I believe that vacuuming is being done on a regular basis, but a deep thorough cleansing of the carpets is definitely needed."
