Lovely ground floor apartment if you get 48
It was a great apartment and we enjoyed staying there. What isn't clear was that the address that is given is not where you might be staying and there was no signage to indicate that we should ring the bell on the first floor. A sign on the first floor door would have been very helpful. The staff were great though. Also, visitors from Canada won't have cell service and have to rely on wifi so it is impossible to call from the street corner.

Pros: Spacious apartment with an equipped kitchen (spices, pots and pans, microwave), large table, chairs. Separate bedrooms were nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They let us store luggage after check out too. Location is decent. Walking distance to bus stop and taxis. Downsides: The apartment was very very old. Bathroom had poor ventilation. Located around the corner from some bars, so it was noisy at night. Sleeping with the windows closed helps reduce noise, but it gets hots. Construction and arguing neighbors at 6AM, so you're not going to get much sleep here.

Good position for limited budget
Good position , 15 mins walk to Rossi square although steep hill and lots of steps. Very cheap supermarket 5 mins away. Outside terrace outside overlooked but too noisy to sit out as builders next door . ? New cafe/ bar next door opening soon! Furniture worn and broken and limited kitchen utensils . Managers office nearby and very helpful but could not stop building noise. Two single bedrooms but up a very long flight of stairs .

Fiesta in Lisbon
We were in Lisbon for 3 nights which coincided with the festival of San Antonio. The location of the apartment was the best thing about it, close to Principe Real. The apartment itself was okay with a pleasant outside space. The furniture and fittings were cheap and not particularly comfortable and there was no air conditioning although the agent did supply a fan which was much needed. I can't comment on the kitchen as we didn't use the cooker because there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby which sold great food at reasonable prices. The bathroom/toilet was the worst room. It was far too small, the shower was grubby with botched tile work and in general disrepair while the toilet appeared to be relatively new but they seemed to have bought the cheapest fittings they could find. They should rip the whole thing out and start again- preferably finding a little extra space to give it a chance to function adequately. On a separate note, we drove to Lisbon and our biggest problem was finding parking which wasn't more expensive than our apartment - top tip, don't take your car.

Assim que chegamos fomos informados que teríamos que pagar taxa extra o telefone de contato que tem no app não consegue falar o que dificulta, principalmente na hora da chegada porquê o endereço não está completo. Ficamos 7 dias eles em nenhum momento fizeram a limpeza ou trocaram as toalhas e lençóis de cama.

Decepção.
Fiquei apenas dois dias hospedada no apartamento white. Logo que chegamos, o recepcionista foi desagradável, cobrou a taxa de turista, que é normal em portugal, e ainda 60 euros de taxa de limpeza. Achei caríssimo. O apartamento não tinha papel hogienico e falta louça como copos. A impressão era que a limpeza teria sido feita correndo. A localização é boa. Não foi a experiencia que eu esperava.

Værelserne var utroligt beskidte. Der var ikke glas, service eller bestik til 6 personer. Nogle af møblerne var direkte ulækre og i vindueskarmene lå der støv fra det sidste år. Men perfekt beliggenhed.

Un conseil clair : A EVITER, C'est CAUCHEMARDESQUE
Je ne vous souhaite pas de passer le séjour que nous venons de passer dans cet appartement. C'est de loin la plus mauvaise expérience que nous ayons eue. Ne vous fiez pas (comme je l'ai fait) aux photos et descriptions sur le site Hotels.com. L'appartement était est au RDC et donc particulièrement bruyant tant du fait des voisins du dessus que des passants dans la rue (surtout la nuit). Ne compter pas faire votre cuisine dans l’appartement. Outre le manque d'ustensiles, des morceaux de plâtre tombent régulièrement de la hotte directement sur la cuisinière. Les lits d'appoints sont constitués de palettes peintes sommairement en blanc sur lesquelles sont posés des coussins. Le drap, les taies d'oreiller et la housse de couette pour les lits d'appoint étaient roulés en boule et avaient manifestement déjà servi (problème réglé en soirée). Une des taies et une serviette de toilette étaient également déchirées. Le mobilier est rustique. La terrasse et les abords, à la hauteur des autres prestations... Le pire, c'est la salle de bains : moisi sur les murs, le plafond et le rideau et fuites garanties à chaque douche. Le tout pour 75 € par nuit !!! Si vous avez de l'argent à perdre et souhaitez passer de mauvaises vacances, n'hésitez pas ! Heureusement, nous savons pouvoir compter sur Hotels.com pour prendre ses responsabilités et faire en sorte de nous indemniser.

ficamos no n°45 ,1° esquerdo, apartamento em mau estado,nada a ver com as fotos do site ,tinha tomadas de corrente fora das paredes perigoso para as crianças,cozinha nem usei devido ao estado ,sofa cama cheio de nodoas, todo sujo que metia nojo dormir nele,para estacionar precisava rodar todos os dias durante mais de uma hora para encontrar estacionamento,sem recepçao apenas um escritorio que fica a uma centena metros do apartamento,frio apenas um pequeno aquecedor que nada fazia,so ficamos porque ja chegamos tarde e com duas crianças uma de 6 e outra de 4 meses cansadas da viagem ja nao havia paciencia para ir procurar outro hotel,hotel a evitar ,hotel sem estrelas ,

Ein völlig anderes Appartement als ankündigt
Beim Buchen bei Expedia wurden völlig andere Bilder gezeigt als das Appartement welches wir dann bezogen haben. Unser Appartement war völlig schäbig und runtergekommen. Löcher und Flecken auf den Sitzmöbeln. Decken mit Flecken, schmutziges Geschirr und eckelhaftes Badezimmer. Die Waschmaschine war auch defekt. Für uns ein Problem, da wir mit Absicht weniger Kleidung mitgenommen hattendiere und gezielt mit Waschmaschine gebucht haben. Mit dem Bügeleisen wurde offensichtlich irgendein Lebensmittel bearbeitet. Die Reste hingen an dem Teflon. Die Terasse schäbig. Alte kaputte Möbel wurden unter der Ablage versteckt. Fernseher deekt und Steckdosen hingen lose aus der Wand. Glühbirnen defekt. Insgesamt eine Katastrophe. Fotos habe ich nicht sondern ein Video. Das kann ich hier nicht hochladen. Ich sage nur Finger gerade weg.
