They were very helpful getting us checked in and getting everything we needed while we were there, including how to use the washing machine in the room. They treated us so well that I didn't want to leave when our stay was over. We will always go back to this hotel whenever we are in Lisbon becasue the staff is so amazing and wonderful! "
