Other than an extremely low-pressure shower spigot with the temperature valve too aggressively adjusted to restrict water temperature (and therefore guarantee lukewarm frustration) I would have given 5 stars for everything. But a hot shower means everything to a tired traveler--especially on a freezing cold winter day."

"The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. As someone with a disability, I greatly appreciated being given a ground-floor room, which made everything so much more accessible. The front desk team was outstanding—they went above and beyond by recommending an excellent pizza place and even assisting us with the delivery. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!"

"Loved this hotel and stay again. Staff was nice with the exception of the night front desk who is rude and not helpful but the morning lady was helpful, listened to my request and granted it. Room was beautiful and clean. No complaints. Shuttle to the airport is vrry useful and it works great. "
