"Quiet rooms and the hotel restaurant was amazing"

"The shuttle to the airport was late and there was no one at the desk. I called out and no one answered so I walked back and the young man told me not to come behind the desk again. He gave me a phone number to call but I only got voicemail. Eventually a Lyft came but the driver had the wrong name so more delays till we figured out we were there for each other. I now don’t know how to get back to the hotel and when I made the reservation, I did not know airport parking is not included. "

"The front desk had computer issues checking us in, so it took longer than expected. But service was friendly. The hotel was undergoing renovations but we weren’t impacted. The carpet in the room was stained, and peeling up in a few places. And there were spider webs in the corners. All in all, the room served its purpose. And was a good place to crash after a show. Bonus points it’s pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. "
