"Very conveniently located property with bars/restaurants/grocery and anything you would need within walking distance. Property is clean and well appointed, exactly as described. Nice outdoor space both off the kitchen (patio) and upper level deck off the second bedroom. Beds are comfortable and bathroom and kitchen updated and clean. We have stayed twice and have three more stays booked. Definitely recommend."

"Just couldn't get tv to work"

"The place was large and bathrooms were mostly clean. Overall the place is pretty dusty, with a thick dust layer on the ceiling fans that unfortunately spread some smelly stuff whenever they're on and shaggy carpets. If those could be cleaned and the towel racks repaired this would've been almost perfect. Parking is out in front. Owner was generous with drinks provided."

"The property had many rooms, and the back yard was nice. Other than that it had a musty smell/ smelled like cats when we first entered. The ceiling in the basement was maybe 6/7 ft high where we had to duck while walking around. The air conditioning was set on 70 with a lock, which was fine, BUT it didn’t work in the top two rooms where the temp was well over 90 during the day. It’s a good place to stay for one or two nights but if you plan on doing longer I wouldn’t recommended it. I will say...

"Very cute home that is somehow both convenient to the sports stadiums and also out of the way of the game crowds. The neighborhood is very quiet despite its proximity to everything. I am sure some people would think this home is in a “bad neighborhood” but we felt perfectly safe walking around and had no issues. The only real challenge was parking. "This location was within a reasonable distance from our activities of checking our colleg students into their new housing. Free parking for 2 vehicles. Sleeping arrangements worked for our party of 3 parents and 3 students. Adequate kitchen ammenities to cook a nice meal. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again. "
