"The staff was great. Check in and out was a breeze and the night that we did use overnight parking, the valet was quick to retrieve the vehicle. Just a few things that could be worked on. The small details in the bathroom, such as chipping and peeling of paper on the walls. We used the shampoos and soaps and made coffee in the morning.But after maid came in and straightened to the room, she did not replenish any for the following morning."

"Visiting our daughter who lives 2 blocks away. Beautiful neighborhood, all you need in well decorated and clean unit. Good size living space and kitchen that is well equipped. Internet works really well. Small thoughtful items such as coffee, a few ziplocks, extra towels, etc. Great communication from owner. Only challenge we had were very thick and stiffish bed pillows. Will stay again & bring our own next time! "

"In Chicago for a few days prior to Christmas. Very nice property. It met our expectations and we were pleased. We never used the basement/bedroom as there were just four of us. We would stay again. Location was good as our son recently relocated to the Lincoln Park area and was within walking distance. Didn't have a car so can't comment on the parking situation."

"Great place overall, location was superb and the place itself was nice. The train from the Armitage stop is super loud though in case that bothers someone. The back rooms behind the second bedroom are so spooky lol but otherwise the place is cute and cozy!"

"The parking situation was not as described, so we spent a lot of time plugging meters and moving the car. The microwave didn’t work. The dishwasher wasn’t draining correctly. The upstairs fire alarm wouldn’t stop the intermittent beeping. The back alley is awful, but I know that’s pretty normal. Construction was going on somewhere in the building so there was noise from that. The EL runs directly behind the unit, which is also noisy but normal Chicago. Lots of stairs.
