"This is an exceptional, real five star experience. I agree with another reviewer, - the 1 star reviews this hotel has are ridiculous and clearly by a rival. My room was stunning, spacious and beautifully decorated, with a lovely small balcony, with plants and a tree outside. Staff were incredibly kind. It was my birthday, and they brought a cake to my room. It is also the nicest welcome I've ever had in a hotel - guided immediately to a comfortable seat, served delicious tea, while a receptionist came to me, calmly and quickly talking through the details, then taking me up to my room. The restaurant had a great menu and very friendly service. I found the food just slightly lower in standard than I expected - good, but not exceptional. Spa was very very good - but make it very clear if you want a gentle massage - deep tissue, hard core is the default! Location is a little outside the main old quarter, but very convenient for the famous Train Street and the train station. Definitely a beautiful hotel to treat yourself. "

"We stayed at this hotel for one night after our Halong Bay cruise, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after our trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere—perfect for evening cocktails and even a lovely spot for an afternoon lunch. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the Old Quarter, but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities, this is a wonderful choice. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"
