The room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake, which made our stay even more special. The spa and gym facilities were excellent, providing a relaxing and enjoyable way to unwind after our trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop bar, which had a great atmosphere—perfect for evening cocktails and even a lovely spot for an afternoon lunch. The only small downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the Old Quarter, but if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great amenities, this is a wonderful choice. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing and comfortable stay!"

They really went above and beyond to create a positive experience for guests. The restaurant, skybar and spa were great as well. The hotel is very centrally located, a short walk away from many attractions and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Hanoi!"
