"Front Desk Douglas was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. This property was really nice, clean, safe and orderly. Easy transportation options into NYC, surrounding areas and states. I spent some time in Connecticut during my stay. My only gripe is that I wasn’t treated very well at the buffet. I wasnt served or serviced at all. I wasted $60 just to be ignored so i just paid, left and never ate there again. Would definitely stay here again though."

"First time visiting NYC, I chose Brooklyn to attend concert and The Penny as my dog is named Penny, too. Overall, The Penny was an wonderful & comfortable stay, with great staffs/services. Beautiful hotel with great amenities, amazing rooftop restaurant (dinner & cocktails were delicious), and the city skyline view! Definitely will be back and staying here again and again. TYVM for a fabulous stay! "
