I honked in after a full day of NYC tourist events and the floor manager brought me a bag of ice. And the concierge was relentless in helping us to find our was. "Perfect place for solo travelers looking for a crash pad that’s inexpensive. Be sure to use the ear plugs and sound machine as the rooms have open ceilings and you can hear each time a door is opened or closed. "

"Room I had on first floor with a double bed was very spacious and new with a couch, desk, wardrobe cabinet and had fridge and microwave. Bathroom spacious and new as well. Keurig coffee and snack at front desk in morning. Desk staff very friendly."

"This hotel is in an absolutely fabulous location. It seemed like it was about a 5-10 minute to virtually everywhere we wanted to go. I am very picky regarding cleanliness and I was extremely pleased with the condition of the room and, most importantly, the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but very functional and a good use of space. We got in late so didn’t check in until about 11:00 at night. There was a little bit of a wait at the desk for that, but nothing to complain about in my opinion. The only real complaint I have is that the rooms don’t have coffeemakers. I didn’t check for this when booking because I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn’t have one. They should really add these. Especially in a city where you have to get out of the hotel and walk somewhere to find a good cup. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here! "
