I checked into the hotel previously I called to ask how soon the room could be ready the general manager who is incredibly kind, professional, and amazing went out of her way for me told me that she could have a room ready for me within one hour. "They had roaches move me to two different rooms that had roaches put me in the suite that had roaches then people fighting in here so I will not be staying here anymore. I would love my money back, but they did not give it to me. They just put roaches my food in the microwave. I opened the microwave and a roach popped out so I couldn’t eat my food."
