"Had to reschedule my stay due to weather and appointment. They were great to work with and upon arrival, the evening staff was courteous and informative of current hotel status and what was available and when I had a problem with the room heat it was taken care of asap. The continental breakfast was great, and the staff kept the dining room clean and well stocked even though there were not many guests that morning. If I am back in Lubbock, I will try to reserve a room there again. Thank You!!!"

"our stay was just an overnight stay. Close to hospitals. Starbucks next door. We enjoyed our stay, pool area clean and welcoming. did not have time for breakfast but did see hot items, waffles, and pastries available. just grabbed a muffin and apple for the kiddos. parking area looked safe. overall would stay again.
