"The property and staff at the hotel were great. Prior to check in within the allotted time period the flight was changed to arrive a day later. I spent some time making sure the room was changed to arrive a day later with the Expedia and the hotel themselves. I was told I would be refunded the one night - I am still waiting for this refund as per the promise. At this time I won’t use Expedia again if this is not taken care of "
