Staff was extremely friendly, check in and check out very easy. We were welcomed every time we came and went throught the day.
Our key cards required resetting daily - which seemed to be after housekeeping would come by - but that was a minor inconvenience and the front desk was able to fix it each ime very quickly. The complimentary breakfast was okay, pancakes, sausages eggs along with cold items such as cereal and pastries, although I didn't feel like I could sit back and relax in the room in which it was served, so the next day I went to IHOP to be able to enjoy a relaxed breakfast with a few cups of coffee. It was just the atmosphere of the room is all. The hotel was clean throughout, but a bit dated. Of course it is an older hotel but removal wall paper, change in carpet with fresh paint would do wonders. It was high temperatures outside but the AC worked incredible. The bed (although listed as a queen) seemed more like a double. Too soft for me unfortunately to the point I woke up numerous times throughout the evening with difficulty of getting back to sleep, but I think that is more of a personal issue so I'm not blaming the hotel for that. All in all the hotel was clean, the staff was so polite and it was the lowest cost with complimentary breakfast I found for the three days I stayed. Close by you have several restaurants and it's not far from shopping and parks so the location was great too. Good hotel for someone on a budget for sure!
