"The service was not what I have experienced in earlier stays. They, somehow, had no knowledge of my Expedia booking for the two rooms but were able to accommodate me. When I went to check out at 8 am I was told that they normally don't open the office till 8:30. While the staff person did accommodate me, it seemed to be an unusual statement for the hotel. The antique decor from previous ownership is still in place, which I appreciated."

"My favourite thing about this hotel is the great restaurant that is attached. It is consistently excellent. I don’t like the location as I always look out on beer and cannabis stores and it’s on a busy, sometimes very noisy street. It is convenient for driving places though "
