"I am from Toronto but I had a need to stay close to Toronto General Hospital and this hotel was within walking distance which was perfect. What surprised me was that I had daily cleaning services which was unexpected and pleased. I felt safe walking to/from the hotel in all hours of the day which made my stay satisfactory while I dealt with a personal family health emergency. Thank you to the staff for their daily smiles and check ins. "

"My room had a bugs crawling on the pillow. I have the video and I showed the manager. I sent him the video as well as his request. He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. The next day I woke up with more bugs in my bed that I have squashed while sleeping."

As someone who is eco-conscious, a refillable water bottle station in the lobby would have been more appreciated. "The hotel is in a nice location along the Harbourfront with restaurants and attractions nearby. We had a spacious studio room with a nice view of the lake. Check in was easy. Front desk, cleaning, and maintenance staff were friendly and efficient. We liked the floor-to-ceiling windows, except we were on the second floor and people walking outside could see directly into the room, so we kept the window shutters closed most of the time and the blinds down at night.
