"Booking was for 4 person. Bed was not made. Staff has moved to another floor instead of making the bed. Closing and moving all the luggage to another room. Not good There was a power flip as well in the room. Overall not a pleasant experience. But staff were prompt in responding amd helping"

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights while visiting Vienna's Christmas Market. We had a nice room with a comfortable queen bed and a nice shower. At first I was not sure how close to all the actions this hotel would be but it worked out very well. Within 15 minutes walking of the Innere Stadt. We did not use the breakfast option. Front desk was VERY helpful with following up on our missing luggage, bus ticket, etc. I recommend this hotel."

"We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The hotel decoration was lovely. The crew was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and varied. The bedding was very comfortable. One small comment though, the bedsheet for the mattress was a bit short, if you move too much while you're sleeping you end up on the mattress which has no protection. A metro was very close, so very easy to go the the center. "
