Place needs a full renovation. First room had not been cleaned. Staff are inattentive and slow. No staff at checkout. Staff came into the room and woke me up 3 times within 2 hours in the afternoon when I needed to sleep. Would not recoomend.

My son and I really enjoyed our stay! We appreciated how close it was (two blocks) from the Taborstraße subway stop. It was also just a 15 minute stroll into the city (Stephensplatz). The hotel lobby is LOVELY and our room was fantastic! Lots of room and it was very comfortable. We saw a couple of negative reviews but decided to book anyway, and I'm so glad we did. The staff was friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Check in and check out were easy and they happily kept our luggage until our room was ready at check in (we arrived hours early) and until we needed to go to the airport at check out. We would absolutely stay here again and found it an excellent location : quieter than the city center but easily navigated! For anyone it would impact positively: Several kosher restaurants are very close by. There are also grocery shops within two blocks.

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale, il centro si raggiunge a piedi in pochissimi tempo. entrare nella stanza prima del check in senza costi extra era possibile. camera spaziosa e pulita, letto comodissimo. anche la colazione aveva tanta scelta, molto buona. posso consigliare l'hotel.

I stayed one night at the Florum Hotel, and I really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect very central, with plenty of transport options nearby like the metro. you can even walk to the city center in just a few minutes. I was very disappointed to find out that the actual room doesn't look anything at all like the photos. Our room was comfortable enough but it was a little too small to move easily, and the sofa/bed for my daughter once opened blocked all passage. Also, the cleanliness wasn't good. The staff was not rude, let's say, but not very welcoming either. The location is well served by a tram, but in general I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I've stayed for two nights and it was not the best. heating in room didn't work the entire time, and staff said they'll take a look and either didn't or didn't change anything, or said that's just the way it is and have another blanket. this was when it was -5 degrees outside. walls are super thin, and I could literally hear the family next door shouting and snoring. certain rooms are also close to the kitchen and you hear all the dishes being washed like it was in your room. for the price, it's not worth it. if you get a deal for 50€ a night maybe then it's going to be worth it.

Amazing hotel! It’s very centrally located, and you can reach the downtown area within a few minutes on foot. we were able to check in early in the morning for free. the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the florum hotel. The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is close to the city center, only a 10-minute walk to downtown. Breakfast was tasty, and we were able to check in early without any extra fees.

I had a great stay at the Florum Hotel in Vienna. The location is super convenient just a short walk to the city center and close to some nice local bars and restaurants. The room was big and comfortable, and I slept really well on the bed. I also liked that the reception is open 24/7, so checking in late was no problem. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!
