"The Cons - The app sucks, period. It's not helpful in any way, specifically the digital key never worked, nor did the check out feature. It also gives very limited information on the actual hotel you are staying in. The room needed a deep clean. It looked ok on the surface, unless you looked closely. "Had appointment at Cleveland Clinic and hotel was conveniently located. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were quite a surprise and were excellent. Staff were tremendous and hotel was very comfortable. Will stay there again if we are back in that area. Would highly recommend you give this hotel a chance if you area staying in the Cleveland area.
