"Beautiful old hotel in downtown area. Valet service was wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and the attendants were delightful. The front desk was helpful with a late check out when our plans were changed. The only downfall was the elevator which required your key to use and it was not easy. "

"The outside doors wouldnt inlock w keys. Room was clean, front desk staff courteous. Breakfast was ok but seemed to be running out before t8me ended "

"The property is quite beautiful on the inside. The one thing that I would say is that it was one of the top 10 loudest hotels we have ever stayed in. We heard everything, including a 130am conversation of a woman cry/laughing. Toilet paper was a very low quality. "

"Weird checkin process. Reservation was for Roost, but they usher you to The May, which is actually a different address. Confusing layout and poor or nonexistent signage from parking. Asked if I can checkin at 3pm and was told “no problem”, but room wasn’t even ready at 4pm. Room was very nice and clean. "

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel fitness center was awesome - a large, clean complete gym. Free coffee all day. Morning breakfasts were all good. Whole building was clean and well maintained even though it was busy all weekend with families and it snowed most days. The floors were regular mopped and cleaned up. I stayed 8 days and was impressed. "
