"This hotel is on the beach! There's a paved pathway that goes for a mile and a half along the ocean and it's about 20 steps from the back of the hotel. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Loved my stay here and for sure recommend this place......Mahalo Hotel Coral Reef!"

"The staff was excellent. Very attentive to our needs. Loaned us beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys. The view was wonderful! Pool and barbecue were very nice. The kitchen could have been cleaner, but very well stocked. No AC. That took a couple of days to acclimate to, but overall not a problem even for my son who feels the heat. "

"Overall the place is nice with a good location and of course on the beautiful island of Kauai. The house is a good size and really has all you need except AC which sure would be a big help but its manageable without. The owner has plenty of fans to help and the breeze was decent. The rooms are nice and the bathroom has a great shower. The kitchen is perfect for the unit and a breakfast on the balcony bar is a good way to start the day. "Love the place- the location is perfect. Checking in was easy. The host was easy to get a hold of. The valet parking was wonderful! And included in the $35 a night parking fee. And the guys were so helpful with places to visit and eat. We would stay again and probably give 5 stars next time because we would have all the information. Such as there is not pull out sofa, as stated in the description- there is a single cot. There was only 1 blanket on the bed and one in the drawer. There were...
