"The place is set on a horse ranch. There is a little stream that runs on the property. It has a wood hot tub but I didn't find it as inviting in person as it appeared in the photos. The floor plan of the house is great and easily works for 5 people. The little home is decorated nicely. The property manager was easy to communicate with. Location is not too far from restaurants or the Kern River. I would stay here again!"

The home had plenty of space to spread out and do their thing. There was Wi-Fi and streaming apps and a/c units in each of the bedrooms. When they returned all 9 and their teacher couldn't stop talking about how wonderful, perfect and amazing this property was and that it made the trip the perfect trip for them. So very cool to watch and cheer them on. "One of the most beautiful we’ve stayed in, really showcases the mighty Kern river and the glorious backdrop that is the Kern River Valley.
