"While the location is perfect, the property is very tired. We were on the third floor, which anyone who struggles with stairs, this would be a nightmare as they were steep and lot of them. We emailed several times for late night check in instructions as per the info given but no one responded. The telephone number didn’t work. It worked out ok because we are familiar with Lagos but for first timers this could have been difficult. "

"Location was great. Right in the middle of the city center, 15min walk to popular beaches, 20min walk to train station. The place was old but it is in an old area so it was to be expected. I had a twin room to myself and it was in the top floor and it had a balcony. Pretty good! Staff was friendly. Had an issue with a key for one of the doors and someone came within 10mins to help me (outside business hours). "Great location, close to lots of great restaurants. Apartment was outdated, especially the bathroom. Very uncomfortable beds. There's an extra charge for pool towels which is a bit odd. Beautiful pool."
