"Clean, spacious, comfortable (party of five) and reasonably well equipped. Decent pool and adequate garden that was well maintained. Only issues were tiny inadequate BBQ, no pool towels and no mirrors in two of the three bedrooms. The small issues could be rectified at little cost and would enhance the experience, hence the overall score."

"Our family of 5 just returned from Villa Celeiro and we were so delighted with our choice. The location is perfect for privacy, nature and quietness but not too far from amenities, beaches and Lagos Centre. The house is located just a few meters from a cliff known as "caminho dos pescadores" - (Fishermen trail) which takes you to 2 wonderful beaches (20 minutes walk to the left and the same to the right). "Pedro was the perfect host. We were running late on arrival, but it was not a problem for him. He met us at the villa and showed us around and made sure we knew how everything worked etc. He was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. The villa was in a perfect location for the beach and Lagos town and had every amenity we needed, right down to shopping bags, cool box, ice packs and pool and beach toys, everything had been thought of. "Extremely slow to serve drink and food. Ordering two sandwiches before 12:00 pm and specifically asking to be ready before 12:30 pm in order to catch a long distance bus on time, only one sandwich was ready at 12:45 pm and forgot to make the second one. The second one was ready at 1:05 pm after complaining several times."

"Beautifully decorated, spacious… every need considered (just bring your nespresso coffee capsules if you will get in late). Finally a place with enough towels, blankets and space for everything. The place is perfectly maintained. The pool was a joy both and the beginning and end of each day. The walk to the village and the beach and all restaurants is easy. But the neighbourhood is quiet. And Lagos is close by for more of a city atmosphere/shopping. So many beaches and «must see» sites...
