The staff were very friendly and the room was beautiful! We enjoyed the evening out on the balcony looking out of the pool. The location was an easy walk to the historic part of Lagos. The breakfast was AMAZING! So many options and beautiful presentation- best hotel breakfast on our trip! My only complaint was the noise during the night- it sounded like there was construction happening in the hotel or neighboring property. Overall I would recommend this spot!

All was excellent, except for one check-in staff member who was bit clueless and robotic. The rooms are spacious and very good, breakfast is otherworldly great, and the location convenient. Overall experience was most charming, as the name implies. We loved it! Their breakfast is the best we had, after three weeks in a Portugal and Spain.

We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach and town are a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lagos.

We loved this charming accommodation! It was halfway between the old town and the beaches so we could walk everywhere. The breakfast every morning was so delicious and a beautiful spread. Victoria at the front desk was always so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back :)

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very warm and helpful, the hotel was well situated between some stunning beaches and also easy walk into the old part of the city. Also, the breakfast was a real standout. Great meat and vegetarian options , they changed things each day , and most importantly, it was delicious. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Lagos

Vitória at reception was amazing!! She was helpful when we encountered a booking issue that was totally our fault - she recommended and booked us a short tour. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast excellent. Location to the old town was a nice short walk. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

If I could give more than 5 stars to rate rate this property I would do so. The property is so beautiful not only the ground but the lobby areas and the decor in the bedrooms. Would love to everything about this place. It’s also a great location. The staff were wonderful very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and there was a lot of variety in the food offered. The only thing to be aware of is I’d requested a garden view room and my room face the street and I don’t know if that’s considered the same thing but it didn’t appear so on Expedia. However, I didn’t say anything to the staff. I was still happy with the room. The grounds around the pool and even the main lobby are just so beautiful. The Chinese restaurant near the hotel is spectacular. Probably the best Chinese food I’ve eaten in 10 years.
