"The property is in a great area. Staff is very friendly and the property is very clean. This is not a social hostel at all. Not interested in staying at party hostels, but do appreciate socializing with people within the hostel. Older crowd of 40-50s with the occasional young person. No AC in the rooms, which was fine most nights if it was cool outside (we just opened the window) but we were extremely hot one night. "Location was great. Right in the middle of the city center, 15min walk to popular beaches, 20min walk to train station. The place was old but it is in an old area so it was to be expected. I had a twin room to myself and it was in the top floor and it had a balcony. Pretty good! Staff was friendly. Had an issue with a key for one of the doors and someone came within 10mins to help me (outside business hours).
