"We, two couples in our 70’s, spent three nights at the House By The Sea. Overall, the experience was positive. The house is showing some signs of aging, but was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was adequate and well supplied. The walk to the beach isn’t far, and we enjoyed exploring the small beach town. "About 1 week before we arrived, the hosts informed me that the unit next door had started off-season renovations, and we could cancel if we wanted. We decided to try it anyway. Unfortunately, the noise was too much, and we were forced to alter our plans. The hosts quickly arranged a refund of the unused nights. We appreciated the honest and professional way they handled this situation."

"We had a perfect week in Luz. Maria is a fabulous host and the property is better than described and in pictures. Property was clean comfortable and had plenty of space. We had 3 adults and 2 children ages 3 and 9. They loved the heated pool after a day at the beach. The pool was warm, clean and there was tons of patio furniture not shown in pictures. "A wonderful stay - Villa was immaculate, modern and fully equipped. We could not fault it. Just 30 seconds to pool and 5mins to club house. Very grateful for the supplies on arrival & great communication."

"We were warmly welcomed. Communication throughout our stay was smooth and friendly. The location is perfect for getting to the beach, the marina, and the town center. The free parking near the apartment was also ideal. My highlight was the rooftop terrace. It was great that we had two bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
