Also I would suggest making the laundry room into a bathroom on the upper level and putting the laundry room on the 2nd floor by the staircase. "

The suite was as described and the location was fantastic..located in a quiet neighbourhood where we always felt very safe. Unfortunately there is a six story condo building going up across the street so construction noise during the day. It was an easy beautiful beach walk to town to do some shopping or to grab a bite at one of the many restaurants in town. The Thursday market was also a great little day...
