Upon arrival I was told my reservation did not exist and that the hotel does not work with hotels.com and it must be a scam and to “block my credit card so I don’t get charged”. I was left stranded with nowhere to go. I asked the receptionist Azul if they had a room available and they were able to accommodate me for one night only, claiming the hotel was fully booked.
