"Lovely hotel with very nice rooms. ! Very safe and modern area of Santiago. Our first room the AC did not work so needed to be moved. A bit of an issue getting questions answered with the language barrier. Though they are very friendly and helpful. "

"Staff were welcoming and friendly. Quiet safe location. However, I had to ask three times about my complimentary bottle of wine - which was a 350ml size. The bathroom could use an upgrade as it is showing its age. The living room has no tv which means we had to sit on the bad to do work or watch TV making the living room redundant. Could use more complimentary water."

One thing about our room, though, was rather odd: the electrical sockets were inconveniently placed, requiring one to get down on the floor to plug in or inconveniently locsted for udimg the coffee maker."

"Area hotel was located in was very safe and walkable, breakfast was decent, staff were friendly especially breakfast staff. Thanks to all of them from the Scottish couple! Felt the room was a bit small but very ell decorted. A plug in the sink and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom would be good. Air conditioner was quite noisy. I was disappointed I had to pay for coffee that I had in the room, I would have thought that would be free..."
