We like the location. Beautiful area. Safe and walkable. Very helpful staff. We don’t like the bathtub. It does not have a bath mat or individual soap.

Very positive experience
I was so satisfied with my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations and the area was perfect for walking, dining, and shopping We were in Santiago for the ParaPan Games and had no trouble getting around the city I would Absolutely stay there again and recommend the Pullman to anyone
