"The house has that tired feeling and is pretty dirty w dirty rugs and bath matts and dirty towels. Some simple upgrades would make it so much more comfortable and pleasant. For example, there is a window in the bedroom to the shared Jack and Jill bathroom and they taped a black garbage bag to it to block out the light. Yikes! We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen.
