"Brenda, the property manager was excellent. She organized airport transport, local golf cart and and amazing breakfast chef. Our party of eight will never forget that new years breakfast experience. Overall, the house is the epitome of relaxation and it was hard to leave on a daily basis. We also enjoyed the company of the local fauna.The only drawback was the nighttime party noise from Sayulita which can be heard quite cleary in the open living area and master bedroom. Sometimes until 5-6am....

My family really loved the heated salt water pool and the gorgeous views Vicente was very kind and helpful . I had the wrong information for him in the beginning of our trip . "We had a lovely time. There was a ton of space, the living room was gigantic, and the secondary living room with the TV was nice and cozy. All of the bedrooms were large. The views from the deck were incredible of the ocean. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach. "

"We were very impressed in this home. The manager greeted us & made us comfortable immediately. There were all new amenities such as coffee maker, utensils,dishwear. If there were any issues that popped up the manager was available at all times"

"My husband and I stayed at Casa Olayh with another couple. It was a perfect house for the 4 of us. We enjoyed hanging out in all of the common spaces- the roof top terrace, the second floor palapa, the first-floor dining area and the pool deck. The house is very private at the end of a street. The walk to the beach and town was pretty easy. There were plenty of good restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again."

"Overall great great great location and great house. However, the internet was very poor, and hindered the work our entire party needed to complete. Online check-in for our flights, for example, we opted to check in at free public wifi instead. Hot water tank is also small, so be ready for some cold showers! Honestly, dont let these small issues stop your stay as you shouldn't be in your VRBO much while you're in PV! And the location is so perfect for a quick Uber around Versailles, down to the...

"Staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. Only downfall is the noise in the park beside the hotel. Very loud music until after midnight each night and then an exercise class at 8:00 each morning with loud music."

"We lived our stay at the Melia dues to its location and customer service. We enjoy going to town to experience meals and culture and the hotel was within walking distance of the Marina, which has great food options and several bars. We also booked our fishing excursions through Jesus along the marina. The food was okay-not great, but not terrible. There were plenty of options to choose from. Customer service was amazing! Everyone was super kind and friendly, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooms were clean, roomy and every room had an ocean view. There is a great pool and also a small beach on property. We would definitely recommend the Hotel Melia and will probably stay here again if we come back to puerto Vallarta."

"This was an absolutely fantastic stay for us. All the staff were kind, helpful and cared so much about us and made us feel so welcomed. The resort was always clean, they held standards for guests so there was no baligerant drunk people. It was a truly an amazing experience that we will return for. "

"Amazing stay! Beautiful view of the ocean and the surrounding mountains. The staff was top notch and very professional. Lots of events to enjoy and plenty of food options, we were premium level so maybe our stay may have been better than others. We will for sure be back "
