"The front desk staff spoke English which was helpful for us. The beds were comfortable. The built in little sofa had a huge stain on the cushion which was kind of gross and made me not want to sit there. Great location. "

"We stayed in a King on the 14th floor. The room was a good size with closet space and a seating area. Didnʻt need to use the onsen as there was a nice furo bath in our room. We had access to the lounge next door, only available to 14th fl guests. In the lounge you are welcomed the first time with matcha or coffee and a Japanese sweet. "The staff was great, and the entire hotel looked very clean. Food at the bar/restaurant was good as well. The bus stop was right next to the hotel, which made it easy to get to Kokusai Street and taxis are also available at all times. The only issue was that you definitely have to drive or use public transport to get to any of the shops or restaurants in Naha, however is a 10 - 20 minute ride (depending on traffic). "

"Huge rooms. Perfect for older adults who wants to stay close to the station, the rooms are spacious, even provide washing machine and ironing board which we don’t need. The free coffee machine is a bonus. Rates are even cheaper on a Saturday night."

"An affordable alternative to the Hyatt next door. But like the Hyatt, it's attached to the Canal City Mall, so it's got many food and shopping options in addition to the restaurant. Rooms are small, but affordable and the location is a very short taxi ride to Hakata Station. On a nice day, you can also walk to the station. There's also a bus stop in front of the hotel."

"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "
