"Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs."

"The staff really are so friendly and helpful. Always so courteous and accommodating. The place is very well maintain and doesn't look old at all. The breakfast and dinner are both so good. "No bathroom!!!!!!! Overpriced tiny room ! It says “ shared bathroom” no only the hot spring room which is for all the residents! A con a rip off. I am going to sue them get a refund. Liars. DO NOT go there!"

"The property is clean and the space is large. The only bad thing about this place is the check-in procedures. Since there is no staff in the building, your only way to access is by the email sent by the property owner. The email arrive at 6pm on the day I check-in, after I reach out many time and through email, their offical website and Expedia. Take your risk when consider this place. "

"Kitchenette is well stocked. Grocery store is within walking distance of around 10 mins. There's on-site parking at a fee but there's only 3 lots. So take your chances. Very clean and comfortable. "

"The hotel is great for families and long stays because of all of the amenities, the central location of the hotel, and the awesome staff. It was our first time in Okinawa and we stayed for two weeks. The friendliness of the hotel staff and having a suite with a washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, and oven made staying there like a home.
