"Driftwood Retreat and Ranch was exactly as advertised and our big family very much enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The property has an "out in the country" feel even though it is only a half-hour or so outside of Austin. The separate buildings offered privacy for family units of varying sizes. The owner (Kristin) lives a short distance away in Austin and is readily accessible via text or email. She was one of the most responsive hosts we have ever experienced. "This home was perfect for our spring break getaway (our kids are 8, 12, and 14)! The backyard area, with the pool and hot tub, was all even better than the photos. The inside space was cute, clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we revisited this area!"

"Stayed in Kyle to be close to a family celebration. The home was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. There is a big deck and yard and the garage is a nice game room. Kitchen reasonably well equipped if you like to cook."

"Consider replacing old pots and pans, and dishes. Get water heater checked made noises at night which is close to master bedroom. Also update wifi password on webpage for easier access to cable tv. "
