"お部屋は広くて良かったのですが、山がすぐ裏にあり風が強すぎてバーベキューがテラスで出来ず、コンロを移動させて部屋から直ぐに出たところで焼く事になったので、あまりバーベキューをした感じになら無かったのが残念😢 何よりも、入室する際の細かい説明がなされておらず、暗証番号を入力と記載があったがタッチパネルが壊れており、キーボックスの場所も説明がなかったので、探しまわり、結果カスタマーに連絡し、初めて場所がわかった！入るまでにキーボックスめ硬くすぐに開かなかったので苦戦し、15分〜20分もかかり不満に思った！それ以外は、ゆっくり寛げて良かったです。チェックアウトが10時だと周りで遊ぶ所が開いておらず、11時だともっと良いと思った。"

"今回3度目の利用でしたが、初回と同じお部屋でした。前回気になった古い匂いは今回全く気にならない程改善されていました。部屋の照明が暗めなので、個人的にはもう少し明るい方が好みではあります。設備は整っているし、22時まで使えるフリードリンクと朝食付きというのはとても魅力的です。フロントの方の対応はいつも気持ちが良くて優しいです。駅近なので買い物施設とコンビニや銀行も近くてとても便利です。"
