"It was raining when we got to the hotel, and I was immediately offered a towel to help dry off. The staff spoke English well enough to understand what I was saying without any difficulty. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities that we needed. Only a 10 minute walk to Sannomiya Station made seeing the town a breeze. Also Kobe beef was amazing, highly recommend it."

"(1) Stayed 2 nights here, apart from the toilet layout is dated (but they're clean) others area are superb. Decent room width to move around for 3 adults and 3 XL luggages plus hand carries of souvenirs. (2) Their in-room amenities (towels, skincares, shower gel, etc) are all good quality. (3) Room cleanliness is the best comparing to all other hotels i stayed during my trip in Osaka. (4) Looking forward to the hotel upgrade which is happening... hope the hotel could improve the toilet layout to have a separ WC and bath. definitely will stay again if i happen to visit Osaka.
