"中華街、南京町に面しています。商店街の中にある為、色々な意味で便利で面白い。元町駅がすぐ近くで関西圏内の観光にとても便利でした。平日の値段から、チープなホテルと間違いやすいかも知れませんが、女性も泊まれる中程度の気取る必要のない良いホテルでした。ただ、誰かも言っているようにバスタブの高さが自分の股下ぐらいあるのは愛嬌でした。バスから出る時の高低差も気をつけてね。"

"It is very old. Bathroom tile has been cracking and mold. I did not check when i booked a room as a smoking room so it had a very bad smell and could not sleep good because of the smell of smells. all my clothes smell like tabaco. I can not believe still people needs smoking room. No one smoke inside anymore in USA."

"We paid $270 per night for this hotel. We were given the only room on the entrance floor of the hotel. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street). The windows had no frosting on them so we couldn't even open the blinds as everyone would be able to see right into our room. Very basic amenities, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed. "The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman who tended to us last night. He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. Recommended us to a wonderful place for dinner too which we enjoyed tremendously. The view from our room is fantastic! Thank you for everything! "

"Staff was very kind. I came in around midnight and they made sure someone kept an eye out for me juat in case I got lost. Excellent dinner recommendations and they made the reservation for me. Very cozy. The stairs are a bit steep for anyone who has accessability issues"

"受付の方がとても親切・丁寧で良いところも悪いところも正直に説明してくれたのがとても誠意を感じた。シャワー、トイレは共用なのがちょっと不便だが、シャワーは近所にスーパー銭湯があるので問題なし。トイレは男女の区別が分かりにくかったので要注意。１階の食堂、とても美味しいしボリューム満点で安い！おススメです。パンもそこで焼いていて美味しそうだった。"

"Stayed in one of the private rooms with 3 beds (2 on the floor, and one in a loft). Just steps from Motomachi shopping street, and super close to the Minatomotomachi subway station entrance (just across the street). Room was very clean, and I had no complaints about the shared bathroom arrangement. The best part however, is that there is a fantastic laundry place (ストランドリー STLAUNDRY （大型コインランドリー) 3 minutes walk from the hostel that takes card, does a full wash/dry cycle for only 1000 yen.
